Note on the prospectus
On 16 February 2014 a corrected version of the prospectus was uploaded. The two minor corrections concern replacement of two sentences in section 4.4.
In the first paragraph of this section, the sentence "For 2010, Russia will host the 11th symposium, integrated in atmospheric science and combustion chemistry meetings." was replaced with the sentence "In 2012, Russia hosted the 12th symposium, integrated in atmospheric science and combustion chemistry meetings.".
In the second paragraph of section 4.4, the sentence "It is also the basis for a new patent application, which is in preparation and is expected to be submitted in 2010." was replaced by the sentence "It is also the basis for a new patent application, which is in preparation and is expected to be submitted as soon as proceeds from the current issue permit.".
On 21 November a new adapted version of the prospectus was uploaded. The only changes in this version with respect to the version of February 2014 are the change of the registered address of the Company and the Issuer, on pages 3 (2x), 18, 20 and 49 (2x), and the addition of a note on this (page 49).
Also on 21 November 2016, new versions of the "Model agreement purchase depository receipts", the versions of this document in Dutch and German, and the versions of the summary of the prospectus in Dutch, German and French, were uploaded, to accommodate the change of address.
